President, Executive Director
Ozella Ward is responsible for managing day to day operations,
staffing, client support, staff development, programs,
training, health administration, and recreational activities for clients.
Mrs. Ward has over 19 years of experience as a business
owner and administrator working with adults and children. She
also will develop collaborative partnerships with health agencies,
government agencies, churches, businesses, hospitals, schools, universities,
community organizations, and residents in the area.
Janet Matthews will be monitoring vital signs, addressing health issues,
making sure clients take any medications. She will teach ways to improve
their activities of daily living. She will also be teaching them about diet
and exercising while carefully watching each clients safety and well being.
Tiffany Buford is responsible for maximum utilization and capacity of the program.
Develops weekly activity calendar. Leads wide range of life enriching activities. Evaluates
effectiveness of the activity program and modifies as needed to meet participants'
needs/interests. Responsible for assuring that participants are safe, secure, functioning
at their optimum capabilities, and participating in the day program at a level they can enjoy.
Provides supervision and training of program assistants.
Rosie Bland is responsible for assisting the coordinator with daily activities (games, crafts, meal service) at the center ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.
Juanita Hill is responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals and develops the menu in consideration of the client’s dietary restrictions and preferences. The cook also cleans and maintains the licensed kitchen in sanitary conditions in compliance with regulations.
Romonia Watt provides quality and safe delivery of personal care services including, but not limited to, serving/feeding of meals, bathing, and laundry and assisting with therapeutic activities.
Charlie Ward is responsible for transporting clients to and from their housing locations.
